ELECTRICAL HEATING SYSTEMS
for natural and artificial grass sports pitches
The electrical sports turf heating system GREENTHERM|RUBBERTHERM has a revolutionary system structure, which supports an extremely efficient usage of electrical energy.
GREENTHERM|RUBBERTHERM is based on using new materials for optimal insulation and heat conductivity. The pitch heating system features smart temperature control which monitors ground temperature and regulates heat output to maintain temperature exactly as desired – at the touch of a button. The contained heat is continuously released through multi heat distribution layers to the lawn’s surface.
The system’s extremely quick response to changing ambient conditions sets it apart from conventional pitch heating methods and drastically reduces energy costs for about 65%. The system also features extremely low maintenance costs.
The GREENTHERM|RUBBERTHERM innovative technology with its patented flexible electrical heating mats is based on existing knowledge of electrical heating systems.
At the new RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne GREENTHERM|RUBBERTHERM already guarantees excellent playing conditions even at snowy and icy weather conditions - at the same time RUBBERTHERM saves a lot of money over traditional hot-water-systems.
The eximlink GREENTHERM|RUBBERTHERM system has the following benefits over conventional hot-water systems:
• fewer running costs
• substantial fewer working hours
• fast usage of the system after switch-on
• a much shorter reaction time to changing atmospheric conditions
• high efficiency as a result of direct transformation from energy to heat
• a temperature geared partial area heating system
• an innovative thermical isolation layer, which delays the freezing of the lawn and the ground
